I have a 2g hood that I was thinking of hacking up and welding to put on, but I think I want to try a 92-94 hood first and see if I can save myself sometime.

actually looks pretty good. I'm quite suprised how well it is set together.
Only part I dont like is how the front sits a couple inches closer to the ground then the side skirts.

props on the work (Y)

I have a 2g side skirt, and will find away to lower the rest of the body to match the front, and it took alot of work to get it to sit like that, I'm just glad its almost done lol.

Wow that's a lot of work!
Since you're doing the whole thing, I think it should end up pretty nice tu

Are you going to put bigger rims on? I'm sure lowering it isn't an option to fix the wheel gap. Scrape city!

Widebody that rear end and your good to go. Interesting, how did you fasten everything together?

I had to use the 2g bumper bar and space it till it lined up, then I drilled holes in the bumper and fender so I could bolt them together.

also on a side note the 2g bumper bar is only about 5 lbs(if that) while the 1g bumper bar must weigh at least 50 lbs.

Thanks James, but I already have a set. If I do the complete swap I will go 2gb eclipse, but I never really planned this lol. Its all because I broke a headlight cover and had no money to fix it, but I had lots of parts including my 95 esi parts car.

I saw this in person. Really good body work. I think I'll be getting Brendan to help me strip my car down

As someone who has experience with body work, I have to say that looks very nice.
