It used to be a "sticky" in the Fuel forum. AWOL now, somehow.
Here's a different one that should help:

I think it's worse than that, Mike. The thread's disappeared without a trace.

Also one more thing my low fuel trim is at 139% maxed out no boost leaks, and just got a new o2 sensor from ziggy. What could be causing the low trim to be so high?. I finally got the safc2 and learned how to read the datalogger properly.

Is the O2 sensor cycling?
Look at the O2 volts, and you should see it bouncing up and down.
If not, then it could be an exhaust leak before the sensor, or bad wiring.

If it does cycle, the first thing I would do is reset the ECU. Pull the MPI fuse (near the battery) for half a minute.
Then look at the O2 feedback trim while the car idles after it is warm. Keeping your eyes on the feedback trim, it should be bouncing around the 100% mark. If it deviates from there, you want to very slowly add or remove idle fuel on the SAFC to "reel in" that trim. The low trim will be set based on whether you can keep that feeedback trim in the middle.
You want to accomplish this while the low trim stays locked at 100%. Don't give the ECU a chance to change that trim.

I'll assume you are running stock injectors?
If that's the case, and the O2 sensor is working, and you have to add idle fuel - there must be a lack of fuel for some reason.
Most obvious would be a vacuum leak, but you mention you've checked. Could be leaking injector insulators, low fuel pressure, clogged fuel filter, a leak in the compressor inlet pipe, a MAFS problem. The list goes beyond forever.

Perfect i found the problem even though i pressurized the system 3 times the third time i found the leak that must be causing this problem. The throttle body itself is leaking not at the gaskets but it sounds as if its from the (side)of the actual tb itself where the (spring) is.

To get the low fuel trim to stay steady at 100% i had to add +15 in the 800 rpm point and +8 at 1400. I have a safc 2. O2 sensor is cycling perfectly. All i can think of is that there is a serious lack of fuel at idle. Boost leak test held good up to 20psi with the exception of the TB leak (yet the pressure still dropped slowly). I'm running only 16psi on my setup.

I will switch the TB but i would rather just get it rebuilt. Are there any places that rebuild TB's.

Also i am running stock injectors metal intercooler piping and a highly ported 14b. At WOT injector duty is around 93% so i guess i will be needing bigger injectors. This 14b is pushing alot of air.

It's your throttle body shaft seals that are leaking.
V-FAQ knows how to fix it!

I found the thread in a search, that's where I pulled the link from. The search seems flakey to me for some reason though. I had to search by my name over 5 years in the fuel system forum. Link to old page

Rob is right it's likely the throttle body shaft seals. There are 2 small oring type seals on either end of the shaft that will have to be replaced. I did it once on my 92 and it sealed up perfectly after that.

He is 100% right I just looked at the vfaq and that is exactly where its leaking at 20psi you can feel the air hiting you hard from the leak. I must be loosing a fair amount for air from there while boosting. Where can I get the o-rings locally or if I order from the dealer, do you have the part numbers by any chance?

Thanks for the help.

The o-ring is a Chicago Rawhide part and is available from Canadian Bearings.
I think that info is probably in the V-FAQ, and it's definitely in some of the tech posts in these forums.

The throttlebody seals fixed the bad fuel trims however i've discovered a vacuum leak now past the throttlebody which is causing low vacuum. Injector o-rings and lower seals lol never ending leaks but the car is running amazing now.
