Well I swapped to my old BOV and problem is gone. I guess the BOV I got was leaking... and I think it was crushed too cuz it made alot of noise (stutter) while mine just swooshes a little. Oh well... turbo response is back and power feel good... and that's only at my winter 15 psi. Thanks guys... especially Joe P, but I won't be venting it to the at anytime soon.
