dont waste to much money on an intake pipe, just open up the box and get a k and n like you said.
catback is a good mod, next you should get a upper ic pipe IMO flanged for a 1g bov, or whatever you choose, but dont vent it!
I dunno about the t-25, but on my car after going from catback, to turbo back I could feel a noticeable difference at the time. I would suggest you put a ss downpipe on youre list of stuff to do as well..
