Putting out a feeler, looking to buy a 97-99 AWD Manual Transmission. I'm open to anything in good condition that shifts smoothly, especially on a 1-2 shift. Can be a built transmission or a stock one (can always be rebuilt stronger later).

For simplicity, I'd prefer to go with something that is already built stronger than stock, capable of holding somewhere in the neighborhood of 400-450 ft-lbs, hopefully with a 2nd gear double synchro. Not expecting to find anything like this, but if it's out there I'd like it.

I've got money set aside for this, but I'm not looking to buy immediately unless something comes along that fits the bill to my likings. Again, this is just a feeler for what is available these days.
