Thanks, honestly it's more of a personal achievement that's all. We all know there are much more faster DSMs on the planet, but hey if I can take some records on our soil while I'm having fun, why not The car has waaay more in it for its power level. I just need to drive it harder and start getting some weight out. At this level you have other issues with trying to keep the driveline together, I'm pretty happy with even getting into the 9s this year. The MPH shows how powerful the car really is and that it's capable of high 8s as is with a proper 60ft, good track and solid driving. Next year I'll be aiming for 170MPH traps.

The car isn't full weight, yet it isn't full race weight either. I'm still on Ecmlink too. I have to complete the cage, add parachute and belly pan for next year as per the rules. I might just gut the car out completely, including the dash/doors, full lexan and might even switch the car over to Haltech Elite or G4 Link ECU.

Day ended early yesterday when I broke two axles, front and rear, on the first launch. What can I say new clutch is working well and car is making tremendous amounts of power Will be getting some DSS 1000+ HP for next year and quite a few new changes coming to the car. On a side note, finally broke an OEM 420,000KM original rear axle on my car!!

Thinking this has a fair bit to do with it! Ive seen that supra do a nice long wheelie on a proper track. Oh wow, that's one way to do it!! Nice work!

Yes going with DSS stage 5 1000+HP axles all around, Boostin T Case, some Aero mods and lightening up the car for now.

Absolutely that is the ultimate goal. The car is making enough power as is to do it, I'm just working on laying it down and going down the track better.
Believe it or not the several 9 second passes I ran this year, weren't even clean passes, weak 60 foots, and the clutch was slipping the whole time....
