Made it out to the track Friday night, forecast said 0% chance of precip. Got there, made one pass and the sky turned black. So that makes the first time the car has seen rain in over 2 years I think, been a long time since it looked like this lol Don't worry though, it's all clean again haha

Thanks Bryan! Been 6 years in the works haha, got to put a few thousand km on it last year but over the last 13 months I've made a lot of little changes that, hopefully, will make it run a lot better!

The main changes are that I built a new engine harness, changed to a 24 tooth CAS disc, staged injectors (320cc primaries, 1450cc secondaries) instead of just the 1450s, water/methanol failsafe system, new AEM x-series UEGO (was using a prosport, what a piece of crap!), relocated my small battery back to the engine bay from the hatch, and lots of maintenance.

What are you running for ECU? What difference does the CAS disk make? What's your fail safe setup, mine is setup so I can easily add it easily so just curious how yours is done. I am guessing you were having issues with idle so you did the staged setup?

Running an AEM Series 2 EMS. The cas disc having 24 teeth instead of 4 gives a 6 times increase in timing resolution. This gives much better transient response, especially at idle with my cams (Crower 288/292).
Fail safe is the AEM failsafe gauge with flow meter, and I hope to have it triggering a boost dump and possibly ignition cut and/or fuel richening.
Staged setup was indeed for idle and also for cruise. With the 1450cc injectors, at idle my command pulse was half of the deadtime value. Previously I could get it to idle no lower than 1000rpm, and from my few minutes of testing so far I've been able to idle successfully at 750rpm.
