I might actually do this with my OEM seat. I'd love another inch or 2 of head room especially with my Wink mirror.

Not trying to go off-topic, but, you actually have one of those MONSTERS? Do you take it in the house with you and hang it on your closet door as a full-body mirror when you get home? tongue

I do. I never have to check my blind spots (I do always shoulder check).

Since I was driving as a teen, I always put my side mirrors facing away from the car as much as possible. When doing so, there is no blind spot. Your rear view is for looking behind you. Why people set up their side mirrors to see behind them as well is beyond me. My side mirrors show me whats beside me, and nothing else smile

With that being said, Im curious about these mirrors you speak of. Its a side view or a rear view?

My mirrors are set the same. I driven a full size van or a van with a divider across the back for work for years; you've got to have the mirrors adjusted right to see what's going on.

That said, I like the Wink mirror.

Plus it allows me to show off my inner ricer.

However due to my height and the seats height I need to recline the seat more to use it. I'm going to see what I can do with moving the seat though.

I was an over the shoulder type a guy.. Then I got a van with no back windows and had to do alot of backing up into peoples driveways. My dad told me to get used to the side mirrors. I did and Ill never go back.

HAHAHA, I've seen Tony's "wink" mirror in person and I was thrown off. I'm sure it takes time to get used to it.

It's like having Fly vision while driving. Hahaha
