Deep has the idea; I second his motion.

If that fails; it should happend where we could cruise without having to fight trafic lights and/or heavy trafic or in an area where the "Man" stops us because they just feel like so.

Last year was a blast; the area allowed us to strech our legs without been out of line, meeting heavy trafic.
