Forgot to mention - any 'proof' that this problem is an 'issue' (whether it be a TSB or links to a thousand different forum posts with people having the same problem) - is going to be incredibly beneficial to your case at this point. No different than when insurance gives someone an offer for a car and they reject it and provide proof that it's worth more (i.e. similar cars priced higher, etc.).
