Anyone know or seen this car around in Kingston?

Edit: All I can tell by pics is strut towers have been repaired, but dont look 100% legit. Gap is off on the fender, bumper and the hood. Color looks a bit different on the fender and door. Doesnt look like too much of a hackjob or anything, Im interested in it and just wondering if anyone has seen it around.
