You guys are correct.
A 100% NOT At-Fault accident would not even be covered by your Collision coverage - it would come from your DCPD (Direct Compensation for Property Damage).
It that sense, there is a $0 deductible which means you don't pay anything, your own insurance company fixes your vehicle 100% and then in return, will subrogate (sue) the other parties insurance company to recoup their damages.
There is also NO, ZERO negative impact on your insurance rating or history.
I was involved in 2 not at fault accidents in 2006 alone with my Talon and still hold a perfect driving record.
