just call the RIV place and ask them for an extension, explain to them the situation you're in and I'm sure they'll give you a longer period of time to inspect it, I bought my Stealth as a rolling chassis so obviously I couldn't get everything done in 30 days, I kept calling them explaining my situation and they gave me close to 4 months to put the car together and get it to Canadian tire for the inspection
