Hey guys,
Well I found a smokin deal on a DSM in the states so I jumped all over it. Now I am running into problems with insuring the car and was looking for some input.
Long and short is this car is now in Ontario, but I am shipping it back to Saskatchewan within a week or so. But I need to drive the car to get it RIV inspected first since I won't have enough time left by the time it gets back to Regina.
That being said I need to drive this car to the inspection station and then the shipping yard. But no one will give me temporary insurance or anything like that since the car does not have an ontario ownership, and I don't plan on getting one.
The car still has permits on it from the state I bought it in so it is technically registered.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can temporarily insure it without an Ontaio ownership so I can drive it to these two destinations?
Thanks in advance,
Garret.
