Complete stock rebuild with new seals, bearings and rings. I didn't have to but figured might as well, since the car was parked for the winter. I only wanted to get the surfaces decked for ARP's and metal headgasket, but I was like bah just rebuild everything to keep it good Downtime on the engine was only a week. On the ther hand I'm gonna throw whatever I can at it. We'll see how good it holds 1G DSM: 1000+ AWHP, 9.2@162.83 MPH Evo X: 746 AWHP, XR9569S pump gas www.dynotuneracing.com

Going to try and do a manual conversion to it over the summer. She's got a great body on her, and the engine's strong so why not. Few mods (14b, 550's, MAF-T, Fuel Pump etc) to give it some pep. I am also interested to know how much the rebuild/machine work ran you. Most newer trucks come with really wide tires and I can assure you since I went from a 225/75R16 to a 265/75R16 it is much worse in the snow. Any slush is terrible, and it pulls you around a lot more. I couldnt agree with Brian more. Most people with big trucks think they cant be stopped. Until they pass you when your doing 80 in a blizzard and they end up in the ditch
