If you want to gain quickly, take creatine and drink a whey protein shake (with low fat) every day.

I put on around 20 pounds in 2 months doing this, although it made me fairly sick feeling most of the time wink

And no, it wasn't fat, as I was having my fat percentage measured by a trainer every week.
