Hey everyone,
I'm either installing or possibly having someone more qualified (
) install a set of KYB AGX shocks and some kind of springs in the coming weeks (FINALLY!
) and I have a few questions about it.
1. Do I need some kind of dust cover for the top of the shock (like the one on the stockers <A HREF="http://www.vfaq.com/proj-pics/GCkit/2G/GCfront-10.jpg">here</A> (shown upside down)) or a plastic wiper thingy like <A HREF="http://www.vfaq.com/proj-pics/GCkit/2G/GCfront-12.jpg">this?</A>
2. Are there any parts I should not reuse, but replace instead? (like bumpstops, boots, bearings, etc.) There is some discussion of this <A HREF="http://www.dsm.org/archives/2000/02/20000214.txt/48.html">here</A>
3. Will my camber be way out of wack, requiring more hardware to fix it?
4. Anything else I should know?
Any hints/tips appreciated!
