Final price: he gave me wholesale price of $168USD. Shipping was only $12.USD per set instead of the website $35.USD per set . He was late getting the shipping price to me, I had wanted to send him a money order from the US tonight. Since he was late, I ended up having to pay him paypal, but he was good enough that for this one time only he absorbed the 3.5% paypal fee!! Paypal is charging me $1.25 exchange rate, so $180.USD becomes $225. Customs duty I am not sure of yet, as I still don't know where they are made. I will find out when I cross the border next Friday, but I am hoping for no more than 6%. That would then be $238.50/set. I have to make something for my time and trouble, so I propose a sales price of $260.CDN per set, plus taxes, of course. Final total, with taxes, would be $299. picked up from me. If you need shipping to you, it would be extra, and if you want to pay by paypal or credit card, I need to add 3.5%, so your total picked up by credit card or paypal would be $309.47
2g awd, Back to dsms here I come.

Ok, I think everyone has had enough time to order. There are quite a few names on this list that I hardly recognize, or don't know well. I would like to get some sort of deposit from everyone before I place the next order!
I just now emailed X3 to ask if they have clear corners available yet, but I have already waited quite a while for them, I think I will order the lights whether the clear corners are available yet or not....
Can everyone please pm me or email to rtm@mountaincable.net with payment arrangements.
Thanks, Ziggy

A Review on these lights:
I got a set of these in the first round and here is my own personal opinion:
Pros - dimensions are OEM so fit is good - all oem parts except thumbwheels - new lenses are very clear and much better than even a good polish job on old lenses - come with bulbs so pretty much plug and play except for signal light which you pop out of old lens - brightness is good and I can actually see again - packaging was very good so shipping damage would be difficult to inflict
Cons - the caps that seal the back of the light should have four tabs that lock the cap in when turned but 3 were missing on each of the caps. Zig thinks it is a manufacturing problem - the gaskets on the back caps are a bit flimsy but if you take it easy on them they should serve the purpose - the lens is clear but seems to be thinner than oem so durability remains to be seen. May not be an issue - the levels on my lights werent installed properly so they arent useful for aiming lights. You have to use the flat ground and wall method. - the thumbwheels for aiming the lights arent there but dial can be moved by hand or with a screwdriver - the reflector seems ok but doubt it is of high end PIAA type design if that matters to you
Overall I am happy with them and none of the above has anything to do with Ziggy as the transaction went smoothly. I have yet to decide if I will use my old lights and just take off the lens for the brightness and clarity. Right now I have the new lights with the old locking caps and new gaskets. Low beams are aimed but havent had time to fiddle with high beams. Still the best option for the dollar.

That is good news, Robert!! Did yours also come with bulbs? The first batch did, even though I was told they would come without!
On a related note, clear corners will hopefully be here in 2 weeks
