I have a 91 Talon Tsi AWD that I am considering parting out. It is insured in BC, but I live in Alberta now, and am not willing to put in the money to get it to pass, plus I need a truck for work. so unfortunately my days with a DSM are numbered. I am still considering driving back to be to sell it (it is in great mechanicical condition, just been rear ended twice (all body damage) I am a mechanic and have completed all the work myself. Have records for just about everything.

I am just starting a post listing what I have, I am taking offers on everything, but like I said, not for sure parting it out yet. Decision will be made within 2 weeks.

Stock Rebuilt 7 bolt (40 000kms) needs IAC. Great compression numbers. 160 +/-2psi 6 months ago w/ Poly Engine Mounts

Rebuilt Transmission (10 000) with Shep double synchro second gear. Shifts magically.

94+ DSM big brake calipers on fronts and stainless steal lines.

Autometer sport comp Boost/Vac and Air/Fuel ratio guages with A pillar pod

KYB AGX 4 way adjustable (front) and 8 way adjustable (rear) struts with Eibach Sportline springs (40 000 kms)

Everything else is pretty much stock, willing to ship anything except engine, will meet 1/2 way depending on distance.

Everything else is stock all parts available. rear left taillight and bumper damaged, as well as front right corner light and front quarter pannel damaged.

I don't really wanna drive it home, so if i get a few offers on parts (especially the big stuff), i'll part it out.

Email me at andrewjscott@hotmail.com with offers

The engine is actually a 6 bolt, not a 7 bolt. Original engine that came in the car. Since I was getting no interested decided to add some prices. I'm very open to offers, just want to part this thing out and get rid of it, and make a bit of cash for a down payment on a truck. No reasonable offer refused.

Stock Rebuilt 6 bolt (40 000kms) needs IAC. 700 OBO

Rebuilt Transmission (10 000kms) 700 OBO

94+ DSM front big brake calipers w/ SS lines . 100 OBO

Gauges and Pod 50 OBO

KYB AGX Shocks/struts Eibach Sportline springs (40 000 kms) 300 OBO

pretty much anything else name your price and it's yours.

Just curious where in BC is the car located?

And will the pod, boost and A\F gauge come with everything necesary to hook it up?

EDIT: Just read profile and assuming its in Sidney? What will it cost to ship to Surrey BC?

Its actually in Calgary Alberta, I have recently moved. Thepod boost and AF guage comes with everything you need. I've run a soft rubber line rather than the original nylon line that came with it. it was a pain to deal with.

Shouldn't be much to ship to surrey, even from calgary, i'll let you know for sure on Monday.

I still have the tranny, it is in my car, and still driving. I've bought a truck, just need to get it here (its in red deer) and insured, then i'll be parting it out. It was a regular rebuild (all new bearings, seals and synchros) and has a new center shaft (output to t-case) and double synchro second gear. I spent the time and measured every little detail when I did the rebuild.

Please email me if you are interested, I don't often check my messages on here, and if you want the parts, email is the best way to get me

Prices do not include shipping

havn't heard anything on the xfer case for a few days, for sale again, 75. On a side note, does anybody know how to get rid of a shell? If somebody in the calgary area wants it, they can have it for free. If anybody in the Calgary area has any ideas what to do with the shell, it would help me out. Thanks
