Where do you go to get new inlet/outlets welded on a Starion FMIC?

I have a Starion with re-welded inlet and outlets. BUT, to make it work on the Focus, I need to have them both face the SAME way. LIke in the pics below. Anyone know a shop that can do this work to the pipes?? What it is now: What I want:

Go there, i had some fmic's welded there and the guy does excellent work and doesnt charge an arm and a leg.
