Shawn sold me a turbo for a great deal. Unfortunately, the turbo was in a condition that was unknown to either of us until I took it apart upon receipt. After informing him of the situation, Shawn promplty tooks measures to make sure I was compensated for bringing the turbo back to the condition it was advertised at, or better. He was always quick to reply to my messages, and also very helpful researching technical information I was looking for. I consider him a very honest and genuine DSMer!
